When you open the application, the login screen will appear. Enter the username and password given by your system administrator to access the system.

The Patient Card provides a quick overview of the patient's basic information, clinical history, and contact details for easy reference.

Go to the Patient Registration section to input new patient details such as:

In the Patient Appointment module, you can:

• Schedule new appointments
• View upcoming appointments
• Modify or cancel existing bookings

The EMR section includes:

• Nursing and Vitals:

  • Previous Notes (Addendum)

• SOAP Notes
• Drawing Tool for clinical illustrations
• Customized Pages tailored to specific clinic needs

Yes, Capsule allows clinics to add Customized Additional Pages to meet their specific operational or clinical requirements.

The Accounts section provides a snapshot of the patient's Running Balance, helping administrative staff track billing and payment history.
